Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits for a leading wireless/telecommunications brand. It is a freelance/1099 position with visits scheduled twice per month, one hour each, and immediate start after certification.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and tech-savviness to use mobile reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable access to transportation to travel to local stores.
• Owns a smartphone or tablet with internet connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits and quality control visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Execute initial audits, follow up on issues, and perform visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist store staff with resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos in real time.
