Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/telecom brand. Visits are two per month, one hour each, on a 1099 contract with immediate start after certification.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, reliable, and able to travel to local stores, with access to a smartphone and transportation. Training and a Brand Rep Certification are required prior to start.

• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits & quality control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit execution: Initial audit, follow-up visits, and transition to visual merchandising.
• Display & merchandising fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
