Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a major wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing scheduled visits to assess product presentation and brand visibility.

Visits are conducted per month with flexible scheduling and immediate start dates upon certification. This role offers supplemental income and requires reliable transportation and a smart device.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store retail audits and quality control.
• Conduct recurring visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
