Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. Deliver recurring one-hour store visits twice per month, ensuring accurate audits and strong brand visibility across assigned locations.

Responsibilities include audits, issue resolution, merchandising, and real-time reporting via the ThirdChannel App. Immediate start upon certification; flexible scheduling with store management.

• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audits followed by visits to resolve issues and transition into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
