Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing recurring visits to audit product presentation and ensure quality.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting about an hour. This flexible, supplemental income opportunity offers immediate start dates after certification and emphasizes accurate

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audits, then follow-ups to resolve issues, transitioning to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
