Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will be a primary liaison between the brand and retail store environments, performing recurring in-store visits to evaluate presentation and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
