Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail store environments, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional behavior.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform recurring store visits, initiating with audits and resolving issues.
• Assiste staff with display fixes and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys and submit data/photos.
