Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates upon certification.

As an independent contractor, you will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, ensuring product quality and elevating brand presence across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
