Responsibilities include coordinating proofs with Brand, tracking orders, and maintaining records to drive cost savings and procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors specializing in apparel, print, and promotional products.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
• Maintain an approved list of reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for branded apparel, print materials, and promotional items from various departments.
• Obtain competitive bids from multiple vendors to ensure best pricing and terms.
• Oversee creation and approval of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Review proofs and specifications with Brand team to meet quality and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and communications.
