Job summary

Orveon group in New York is seeking a Brand Project Manager to lead creative projects from intake through delivery, coordinating budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams. You will own project plans, track milestones, and ensure objectives and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, experience with marketing workflows in beauty or fashion, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with creative/marketing workflows ideally in beauty or fashion; PM for site, CRM, social, print.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Creative projects from intake to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans: scope, timelines, resources, budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital, Product.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Manage budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and progress tracking for all Creative requests.
• Improve PM processes and best practices; drive operational excellence.
• Partner with designers, copywriters, videographers, and web developers to deliver brand-aligned solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage tactical digital requests through Asana.
