Job summary

New Reach in Tempe, AZ seeks a Brand Project Manager to orchestrate brand initiatives, events, and cross‑functional programs across Marketing, Operations and Community teams. You will plan scope, schedule and budgets, drive KPIs, and ensure quality aligned with brand values to boost engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand operations & project management.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing large-scale brand or marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing operations, and event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand initiatives, events, and projects from concept through completion.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time execution.
  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to define project goals, key performance metrics, and success criteria.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and Community teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to ensure accountability and timely follow-up.
  • Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and performance metrics to executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and reflect brand values, vision, and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Brand Coordinators and supporting staff to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Monitor and report on key brand performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, process standards, and project records in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

New Reach is a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information-age through financial literacy. New Reach offers online courses to those interested in learning about financial freedom. The Brand Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful execution of brand initiatives, projects, and events across the Community Department. This role oversees multiple work-streams simultaneously—ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources are aligned to achieve project objectives. The Director of Program Operations partners with executive leadership, Brand Visionaries, and cross-departmental teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact brand projects that strengthen engagement, revenue, and overall member experience. The role does not initially have any direct reports.
