Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Brand Production Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day execution, production, organization, and delivery of creative assets across digital, marketing, social, e-commerce, and campaign initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who loves the craft and precision behind creative work — someone who cares deeply about typography, spacing, hierarchy, file organization, production accuracy, brand consistency, and polished execution.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, designers and art directors to help the creative department operate more efficiently and execute at a high level across multiple channels and deliverables. The right person for this role is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of creative output. This is a support-focused role designed to help scale the team’s efficiency, organization, and executional capabilities while maintaining a strong level of quality and consistency across all work.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
  • Resize and adapt assets across formats, channels, and aspect ratios
  • Prepare production-ready files for print collaterals, web, email, paid media, social, and marketing
  • Slice, export, package, and deliver assets accurately and efficiently
  • Support PDP and e-commerce production needs
  • Assist with versioning and rollout of campaign assets
  • Maintain brand consistency and guidelines across all outputs
Asset Management & Operations
  • Organize references, swipes, and production assets
  • Build and maintain the department’s master asset library — organized, named consistently, and always current
  • Enforce brand guidelines independently across all production work — typography, color, spacing, logo usage — with the precision and consistency expected of a luxury brand
  • QC all final assets before delivery: correct dimensions, proper file formats, accurate copy, and consistent brand application
  • Manage file versioning and naming conventions so the team never works from an outdated asset
Retouching & Image Prep
  • Perform basic retouching and image cleanup for digital and marketing assets including dust cleanup, color correction, simple compositing, cropping, masking, and export prep
  • Assist with preparing imagery for e-commerce, PDP, paid media, email, and social placements
  • Support post-production workflows through markups, feedback rounds, selects organization, and revision tracking
  • Maintain consistency in image quality, color accuracy, and overall visual presentation across deliverables
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure assets meet brand standards and production specifications
Motion & Multimedia Support
  • Adapt simple motion assets and basic animations
  • Resize and export video assets for various placements
  • Support multimedia formatting and delivery needs
AI Workflow Support
  • Use AI tools to accelerate production workflows, mockups, and layout exploration
  • Help identify workflow efficiencies using emerging creative tools
Qualifications
Required
  • 2–4 years of experience in production design, graphic design, creative operations, or related execution-focused creative roles
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and all Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, composition, file preparation, and brand consistency
  • Experience preparing production-ready assets across print, digital, email, social, web, and marketing channels
  • Basic retouching and image preparation skills including cleanup, color correction, cropping, masking, and export preparation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured file systems, versioning, naming conventions, and asset libraries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality-control mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong execution, precision, visual judgment, and production capability
Preferred
  • Experience working within luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or fine jewelry brands
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capture One, Asana, and related workflow tools
  • Basic motion and animation skills for simple asset adaptation and formatting
  • Experience supporting high-volume creative teams, marketing teams, or e-commerce organizations
  • Agency production experience and/or in-house brand experience
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and production tools
  • Highly detail-oriented with a refined eye for aesthetics, consistency, and polish
  • Genuinely enjoys executional creative work, organization systems, and production precision
  • Naturally proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable supporting a larger creative team and helping improve overall team efficiency
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with high creative output and shifting priorities
  • Finds satisfaction in refinement, accuracy, speed, and operational excellence
  • Team-first mentality with a collaborative and ego-free approach
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability over deliverables and deadlines
  • Understands luxury aesthetics while avoiding work that feels overly corporate or sterile
  • Curious about evolving creative tools, workflows, and production efficiencies
