Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Senior Associate to execute business strategies for brand pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts within the 340B Prime Vendor Program. You will analyze markets, build executive-level business cases, and develop opportunities with national and corporate manufacturers.

The role requires a PharmD or pharmacy degree, 5+ years in pharmacy, travel willingness, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver contracting value and growth for our diverse drug portfolio.

Qualifications

PharmD or Pharmacy degree required.
5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy required.
Experience in pharmacy contracting preferred.
Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program preferred.
Strategic and rigorous analytical agility while using sound judgment to set objectives is desired.
Leadership, presentation, and cross-functional interaction skills with a proven track record of delivering results needed.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Generate new pharmacy program opportunities addressing stakeholder needs and securing brand drug contracts.
Develop, deliver, and monitor new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Build relationships with consultants, attorneys, and advocacy groups to grow a supportive network for PVP contracting.
Articulate and educate advantages of Apexus’ prime vendor program contracting value.
