Job summary

LV Collective in College Station, TX is seeking a proactive Brand Ambassador Coordinator who will identify and recruit student ambassadors at Texas A&M, onboard them, and manage ongoing engagement. You'll work with Canva and HubSpot to craft newsletters, coordinate events, and build partnerships with campus groups and local businesses.

You will plan monthly events, nurture relationships, and help grow the brand presence on campus, with remote outreach and in-person activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree; marketing/related fields preferred.
• Experience with Canva and HubSpot is preferred to support communications.
• Fluent in English and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Brand ambassador experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at Texas A&M and build relationships.
• Recruit, interview, onboard ambassadors and manage onboarding in HubSpot.
• Administer Ambassador contracts and coordinate communications.
• Plan and execute monthly ambassador events and campus engagement.
• Write newsletters using Canva templates and HubSpot emails.
• Nurture relationships via in-person and virtual outreach on social platforms.
• Represent LV Collective and contribute brand ideas for merchandise.
• Assist in coordinating lifestyle photoshoots and partnerships with orgs.
