Job summary

LV Collective is recruiting a Marketing & Partnerships Intern to lead campus-brand ambassadors for Rambler in Gainesville, FL. You will recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors, coordinate events, and drive community engagement with university groups and local businesses.

You'll craft monthly newsletters in Canva and HubSpot, nurture relationships, and help build the Rambler brand on campus. The internship runs Jan 2027–May 2027, 15–25 hours/week, $15/hr, with potential continuation.

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related field.
• Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok and GroupMe preferred.
• Bonus points for experience with CasaPerks or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at the University of Florida.
• Recruit, interview and onboard all Brand Ambassadors.
• Manage recruiting follow ups and onboarding process in HubSpot.
• Administer Ambassador contracts.
• Build relationships and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors.
• Monitor engagement via Brand Ambassador Platform to ensure goals are met.
• Plan and execute monthly events.
• Plan and implement community engagement strategies with university organizations and local businesses.
• Write, create and distribute monthly newsletter using Canva and HubSpot.
• Nurture ambassador and affiliate relationships, online and in person.
• Represent and grow the brand of the property.
• Provide ideas for property merchandise.
• Assist in planning lifestyle photoshoots.
