Job summary

LV Collective, in Blacksburg near Virginia Tech, seeks a Marketing & Partnerships Intern to lead the campus Brand Ambassador program for Rambler. You will recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors, plan events, and coordinate campus engagement to grow brand awareness.

Gain hands-on experience in email marketing, contract management, and relationship building with university groups and local partners while helping grow the Rambler brand on campus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related field.
• Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok and GroupMe preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Brand ambassador experience is a plus.
• CasaPerks or HubSpot exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at Virginia Tech.
• Recruit, interview and onboard Brand Ambassadors.
• Manage recruiting follow ups and onboarding in HubSpot.
• Administer Ambassador contracts.
• Build relationships and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors.
• Monitor engagement via Brand Ambassador Platform to meet goals.
• Plan and execute monthly events.
• Plan community engagement with university orgs and local businesses.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters using Canva and HubSpot.

We're looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Intern to help implement, grow and manage our brand ambassador program and community relationships!

About The Brand Ambassador Program

We recruit the micro-influencers on campus to be the face of the Rambler brand. These ambassadors are the face of our brand on campus and use their influence to create awareness, drive leads and ultimately refer leases to the property. Ambassadors and Affiliates get exclusive Rambler merch, attend exciting events, and gain valuable sales and marketing experience. As the Marketing & Partnerships Intern, you will be the leader of this group of influencers, tasked with identifying and recruiting the right candidates, managing contracts and planning exciting and engaging events.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at Virginia Tech
• Recruit, interview and onboard all Brand Ambassadors
• Manage recruiting follow ups and onboarding process in HubSpot
• Administer Ambassador contracts
• Build relationships and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors
• Monitor engagement via Brand Ambassador Platform to ensure goals are being met
• Plan and execute engaging and exciting monthly events
• Plan and implement community engagement strategies with university organizations and local businesses
• Write, create and distribute monthly newsletter using Canva templates and HubSpot's email tool
• Nurture ambassador and affiliate relationships, engaging regularly both in-person and virtually through text messaging and social media
• Represent and continue to build the brand of the property
• Provide creative and unique ideas for property merchandise
• Assist in planning and coordination of lifestyle photoshoots

Requirements

• Current college student in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related fields of study
• Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok and GroupMe preferred
• Bonus points for experience with CasaPerks or HubSpot
• Fluent in the English language and its rules and proper usage
• Experience as a brand ambassador is a plus
