Job summary

Olberding Brand Family is seeking a Designer to work with an onsite team to support brand marketing and packaging design. You will contribute to multiple client projects, learn storytelling in design, and manage tasks with reliability.

The position requires 5-7 years of agency design experience, strong Adobe skills, and knowledge of consumer packaging. We offer competitive pay, robust benefits, and flexible/hybrid schedules in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of design experience in an agency environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Adobe XD, After Effects, and/or Premiere is a plus.
• Consumer product knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of consumer packaging, creative design, production artwork and print services.

Responsibilities

• Absorb knowledge and skills.
• Understand smaller tactical tasks and complete small complex tasks.
• Learn storytelling and articulate rationale behind design choices.
• Contribute across multiple clients and projects.
• Proactively share design knowledge, inspirations, trends, and tools.
