Responsibilities

• Guide stakeholders and cross-functional teams on brand systems and strategies, ensuring their understanding and ability to act on them effectively.
• Steward rollout and implementation of brand systems to drive internal awareness and understanding.
• Execute brand governance and enablement initiatives with autonomy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners within Marketing (Brand Strategy, Design, and Creative).
• Leverage data and analysis to enhance the implementation of brand strategies and design systems.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience, with 6+ years in brand operations and/or brand management.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects with autonomy.
• Experience scaling brand systems and guiding internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-experts.
• Experience adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, prioritizing work, and planning time effectively.
