The Merchandising Coordinator at Cotton Holdings Inc. supports planning, coordination, and execution of merchandising operations to maintain brand consistency, inventory control, and event readiness in Houston.

You will manage inventory accuracy, logistics for shipping/receiving, and digital merchandising platforms. This role collaborates with Marketing to ensure displays meet campaign goals, tracks merchandising expenses, and prepares post-event reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related merchandising, retail operations, or event coordination experience.
• Experience in corporate, hospitality, or event merchandising preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and coordinate restocking.
• Support and lead merchandising setup and teardown at events, trade shows, and activations.
• Maintain digital merchandising platforms, ensuring products, pricing, and images are current.
• Manage logistics for shipping, receiving, and vendor deliveries.
• Conduct product quality checks and report inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align activities with events and campaigns.
• Prepare and distribute post-event reports, sales summaries, and inventory analyses.
• Track and report merchandising-related expenses and assist with budgets.
• Train and support new or temporary merchandising staff during peak periods.
• Ensure safety and compliance during setup and warehouse operations.
• Provide creative input on product selections, collections, and promotions.
