Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Arvada, CO. You will represent iconic brands in-store, stock shelves, set displays, and maintain optimal product availability. Strong communication, driving to multiple locations, and the ability to perform physical tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Arvada, CO (primary).
• Schedule: five days per week, including weekends; start by 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
