Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warwick, RI, is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in stock and well promoted.

You will visit stores four days a week plus one weekend day, follow RTM plans, capture display photos, and communicate store insights to your RTM and management team, while staying safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promos and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
