Job summary

Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Brand Marketing in Novato, CA to lead seasonal campaigns and shape the future of our Vionic brands.

You will partner with Merchandising, Analytics, and Finance to develop plans that boost customer experience and brand loyalty. You will drive omni-channel marketing strategies and provide leadership to cross-functional teams while ensuring the brand strategy is reflected in all initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Account Management, or related roles.
• Retail marketing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead Seasonal Marketing Campaigns: Develop promotional marketing plans with Merchandising, Analytics, and Finance teams.
• Drive Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies: Ensure all marketing tactics align with brand strategy and customer experience goals.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams executing key marketing initiatives.
• Manage Promotions & Brand Initiatives: Spearhead programs to enhance customer experience, brand perception, and loyalty.
• Manage Vendor Partnerships & Co-Op Programs: Handle vendor relationships, co-op budgets, creative approvals, proofs, and recap reporting.
• Develop & Lead Talent: Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports.
