The Impact You’ll Make

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing high-impact non-campaign and special projects, including major brand events and the establishment of a new in-house Content Studio. Your strategic acumen in brand strategy, social marketing, and creative production will ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints. You will serve as a cross-functional leader, translating consumer insights into powerful creative briefs, expertly managing agency relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders. Your keen eye for exceptional creative and social output will be critical in shaping the narrative for products that resonate globally.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the establishment of an in-house social content studio, collaborating closely with creative, production, and social teams to build a cutting-edge content creation hub.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of robust brand strategies for upcoming marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision.
  • Craft comprehensive brand and go-to-market strategies for future product launches and high-impact special projects, guiding their successful introduction to the market.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal and external creative partners, overseeing the creative development process from concept to execution. You will be the guardian of brand excellence, ensuring visual identity, messaging, and communications are consistent and impactful across all channels.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with product marketing, social, creative, production, and owned channel teams to foster integrated strategies and flawless execution.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt and scale creative assets for diverse local markets, ensuring global relevance and local resonance.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in brand, consumer, and social marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of shaping global brands and successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional brand campaigns and complex global strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with creative agencies and production houses, driving impactful creative outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in managing high-stakes cross-functional or cross-team projects, effectively engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex data and analysis into clear, impactful, and actionable guidance.
  • A proactive self-starter capable of building strategies from the ground up and adept at managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous standards.
  • Comfortable navigating high-stakes initiatives and complex communications, thriving in ambiguous, high-pressure, and fast-paced environments.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing audiences of all sizes and seniority levels.

  • Experience in the mobile device, telecommunications, or physical consumer electronics space.

Other Requirements
Compensation Range: $120,000-$130,000/annually
