Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern to support the Brand & Creative Services team. You will monitor industry trends, conduct competitive research and help strengthen Compeer’s market position.

The role includes social media scheduling, channel monitoring and engagement support to maintain a consistent brand presence. This paid internship runs full-time through summer 2027 and part-time during the school year, located at our Bloomington, IL office.

Qualifications

• Working towards completing a Marketing or Ag Business degree.
• Strong interest in agriculture industry.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel and Word.
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive research and benchmarking to strengthen Compeer’s market position.
• Assist with social media content scheduling, daily channel monitoring, engagement support and brand marketing initiatives.
