Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other channels.
• Assist with development and promotion of customer stories and testimonials.
• Help monitor online review platforms like G2, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights.
• Assist with content creation, editing, and proofreading for blogs, emails, and decks.
• Find and vet clients for references and case studies using defined targets.
• Research industry trends, competitors, customers, and market opportunities.
• Support social media, CI, and PR teams with new content and quotes.
• Organize marketing assets and content repositories.
• Collaborate with SEO to boost AI search results and citations.
