Job summary

Syngenta Seeds Field Crops in Lisle, IL seeks a Brand Marketing Intern to join the Emerging Talent Program. You will gain hands-on marketing experience, work on day-to-day operations and apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing professional skills.

Accountabilities include implementing brand objectives, conducting market research, creating content, and maintaining CRM data. You’ll assist in planning events and building product knowledge in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with a 2027 December graduation or later.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills; valid driver’s license required.
• Interest in agriculture and marketing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand, Channel and Farmer objectives through hands-on marketing tasks.
• Conduct customer and market research to gather farmer insights and trends.
• Create audience-tailored content aligned with brand/product strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and keep CRM data up to date.
• Help plan and deliver summer brand events and activities.
• Develop basic product knowledge and assist with campaigns.
