Job summary

INVIZ in Santa Monica is seeking a fast, versatile brand designer with strong illustration and vector skills to take ideas from concept to polished assets. You will live in Illustrator, work within brand systems, and craft decks in Keynote or Google Slides, delivering social graphics with ease.

You’ll contribute to licensing art and style guides, prepare partner-ready files, and ensure IP consistency across licensee products while producing polished pitch decks and internal materials.

Qualifications

• Exceptional branding and vector skills demonstrated in a portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong presentation design in Keynote and Google Slides.
• Ability to concept, pitch, and carry an idea from brief to finished asset.

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand illustrations, vector art, and graphics across brand, social, and internal projects.
• Produce licensing art and refresh style-guide pages under the Creative Director.
• Prep clean, partner-ready files and keep IP consistent across licensee products.
• Design polished pitch decks and internal materials in Keynote and Google Slides.
• Work within branding systems to maintain consistency across mediums.
• Concept and pitch ideas for campaigns, decks, and social content.
• Produce social media graphics and marketing assets on fast turnarounds.
• Composite and retouch in Photoshop as needed to support design work.

Who We're Looking For

A fast, versatile brand designer with strong illustration and vector skills who can take an idea from concept to polished, on-brand work, and help carry it into the licensing world. You live in Illustrator, you're comfortable inside brand systems and style guides, you can make a deck sing in Keynote or Google Slides, and you turn out social graphics with ease. You take creative direction well and run with it. Most importantly, you're passionate about digital media and animation, with the craft to bring ideas to life yourself.

What You'll Do

• Create on-brand illustrations, vector art, and graphics across brand, social, and internal projects
• Produce licensing art and build and refresh style-guide pages under the direction of our Creative Director
• Prep clean, partner-ready files and keep our IP consistent across licensee product
• Design polished pitch decks and internal materials in Keynote and Google Slides
• Work within our branding systems to keep everything consistent across every medium
• Concept and pitch ideas for campaigns, decks, and social content
• Produce social media graphics and marketing assets on fast turnarounds
• Composite and retouch in Photoshop as needed to support your design work

What You Need
