The Marketing & Design Specialist provides day-to-day marketing, communications and graphic design support for Stanley Consultants' corporate and market-focused initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinators and Senior Graphic Artist, this position supports the creation of marketing materials, presentations, digital content and social media graphics; assists with tradeshow and event coordination; and promotes consistency with Stanley's brand standards across multiple marketing and communication channels. Through these efforts, the role helps advance business development, employee communications, recruitment, client engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, journalism or related field.
2-3 years of experience supporting marketing, communications and graphic design activities within a professional services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong writing, editing and content development skills. Familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
