Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills translating features into consumer content.
• Experience applying and enforcing visual and verbal brand standards across assets.
• Experience coordinating legal review processes and marketing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute product messaging across HE launches and campaigns in line with positioning frameworks.
• Partner with GTM to ensure messaging aligns with go-to-market strategy and channel needs.
• Maintain a master messaging document tracking copy, claims, and history.
• Enforce brand guidelines across HE creative assets and act as brand steward.
• Review creative assets for compliance and coordinate revisions through to resolution.
• Support brand guideline updates and rule documentation for HE teams.
• Oversee localization workflows for HE assets with translation vendors and regional teams.
• Review localized assets to ensure messaging and brand voice are preserved.
• Maintain records of localization scope, status, and approvals.
