About The Team
The Harry’s Brand team focuses on building a customer-centric men’s grooming brand, collaborating across functions like Retail, Creative, Growth Marketing, and Analytics. We are ambitious and seek a talented individual to help us capture new market opportunities and expand our brand.

About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Brand Manager for Soft Products, responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across multiple categories. You will lead end-to-end brand management, from insights to go-to-market execution, impacting Harry’s expansion beyond shaving.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Develop and implement category strategies to unlock growth and build brand awareness.
  • Support innovation pipelines by identifying opportunities and leading product development teams through launch processes.
  • Analyze performance data and consumer insights to optimize brand strategies.
  • Manage go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring effective marketing and positioning.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Define and communicate product differentiators and brand messaging.
  • Create annual marketing calendars and activate campaigns across channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with retail and eCommerce teams to develop channel strategies and drive growth.

This should describe you

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years in brand management, preferably in Consumer Goods.
  • Deeply consumer-centric with strong insights skills.
  • Ownership mindset, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience in product innovation and commercialization.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in consumer analytics tools (IRI/Circana/Nielsen).
  • Proven success in brand strategy and product launches.
  • Excellent communicator and leader, capable of motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, strategic, and able to see projects through to completion.
  • Business acumen with the ability to prioritize impactful activities.

  • Reporting to Allie Kelly, Senior Director of Brand Management.
  • Collaborating with teams across Communications, Creative, Insights, Retail, DTC, R&D, and more.
