About The Team
The Harry’s Brand team focuses on building a customer-centric men’s grooming brand, understanding shopper needs, and aligning marketing activities across channels. We are a strategic, ambitious team with big growth plans, aiming to innovate in the men’s grooming market.

About The Role
We seek a proactive, collaborative Brand Manager passionate about product commercialization, brand building, and strategic growth. You will manage and expand three key categories, leading from insight to execution, and making a significant impact during a pivotal expansion phase.

What you will accomplish

  • Lead category strategy and execution to unlock growth and build brand awareness outside of shave.
  • Support innovation pipeline development, shaping product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams through all phases of product launch.
  • Analyze performance and consumer insights to inform strategy and optimize brand performance.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, driving awareness and trial.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Champion product differentiators, embedding insights into positioning and messaging.
  • Build annual brand and marketing calendars, coordinating with the Integrated Communications team.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and design across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with retail and eCommerce teams to develop channel strategies and influence commercial plans.

This should describe you

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years in brand management, preferably in Consumer Goods.
  • Deeply consumer-centric, skilled in uncovering and translating insights into strategy.
  • Ownership mindset with a bias for action, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in product development and commercialization.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in consumer analytics tools (IRI, Circana, Nielsen).
  • Proven success in brand strategy and product launches with 360° marketing support.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Organized with project management skills from start to finish.
  • Business acumen, understanding key drivers and prioritizing marketing activities.

Who you'll work with

  • Reporting to Allie Kelly, Senior Director of Brand Management.
  • Collaborating with teams across Communications, Creative, Insights, Retail, DTC, R&D, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, Legal, and more.
