Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Brand Manager for Grey Goose in the U.S. to translate consumer insights into compelling brand communications and live experiences that elevate equity and drive growth.

You will bridge creativity and commercial performance, collaborating with marketing, sales, agencies and partners to shape strategies, partnerships and experiential programs across the U.S. The role demands strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong leadership in a luxury brand context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
  • Experience in spirits, beverage, FMCG, experiential marketing or luxury brands preferred.
  • Experience across digital, social, experiential, media, partnerships and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to brand strategy and IAP translating insights into programs.
  • Collaborate with commercial and customer marketing to identify opportunities.
  • Lead planning and execution of consumer-facing programs across the U.S.
  • Develop brand partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential programming across channels.
  • Coordinate with media, digital, PR, social, and agencies for connected programs.
  • Manage and optimize an A&P budget to maximize ROI.
  • Lead brand performance analysis and assessment of activities.

Responsibilities
Develop winning strategies
  • Contribute to the development of brand strategy and NAM Integrated Activity Plans (IAP), translating brand priorities and consumer insights into clear, actionable programs.
  • Support Joint Buess Planning with commercial and customer marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop programs to drive commercial success.
Impact culture through creativity
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of consumer‑facing brand programs and assets across relevant channels for the U.S.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand partnerships/sponsorships & experiential programming across multiple channels and agencies.
  • Collaborate with media, digital, public relations, social, advocacy, customer marketing, commercial, and agency partners to deliver connected programs with excellence.
  • Ensure that programs are thoughtfully commercialized, with the appropriate tools and assets developed to support high‑quality execution in market.
  • Support development, execution and tracking of innovation projects
Accelerate business performance
  • Lead brand performance analysis and measurement and evaluation of the impact of activities
  • Manage & optimize an A&P budget assigned to you that optimizes return on investment
Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.
  • You must have 4+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
  • Ideally you will have experience in spirits, beverage, fast moving consumer goods business, experiential marketing or lifestyle brands; luxury brand experience preferred.
  • You will have experience in multiple disciplines (e.g. digital, social, experiential, media, partnerships, innovation)
  • You have a fundamental understanding of profit drivers and commercial focused approach to brand planning.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with brand, consumer, media, commercial, and financial data to derive insights and develop actionable recommendations
  • You are a passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.
  • Experience managing creative, media, experiential, public relations, or other external agency partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate recommendations to a range of internal and external audiences.
