Ferrara is seeking a Brand Manager to translate brand positioning into actionable go-to-market strategies across the U.S. market. The Brand Manager is actively engaged in Integrated Business Planning, annual brand plan development, portfolio simplification, and long-term innovation pipeline development.

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.
In this role, the Brand Manager translates brand positioning and strategies into an actionable go-to-market approach across U.S. market. The Brand Manager is actively engaged and participates in several important business processes, e.g. Integrated Business Planning, annual brand plan development, portfolio simplification, and long-term innovation pipeline development. This role is responsible for both short-term and long-term business planning across base business and innovation and will have P&L accountability to deliver brand growth objectives with focus on both top and bottom line. Role reports to Vice President, Global Brands.

The salary range for this role is $114,450 - $160,230 annually.
