  • Lead the launch and activation of the employee brand, building awareness, engagement, and brand pride across the organization.
  • Develop employee-facing brand education, communications, and engagement programs—including a quarterly brand newsletter that connect teams to brand priorities, resources, and best practices.
  • Manage the intake and strategic development of naming initiatives for internal and external products, programs, and services, from agency briefing and ideation through leadership evaluation and recommendation.
  • Partner with Trademark Legal to assess name availability, ownership, registration, licensing, and protection; maintain an accurate inventory of company-owned and actively used trademarks and names.
  • Develop and maintain brand review processes, toolkits, templates, and other resources that enable consistent application of the brand across campaigns, communications, and experiences.
  • Serve as a strategic brand partner to internal teams, providing consultation and guidance that aligns initiatives with brand standards, positioning, and business objectives.
  • Lead brand training, review sessions, and best-practice sharing for internal teams and external partners.

Manage project plans, stakeholder communication, timelines, and success measures for assigned initiatives; use results and feedback to improve effectiveness.
