Job summary

Wyld, a leader in cannabis edibles and beverages, seeks a Logistics Support in Melrose Park, IL. This front-facing role ensures timely product delivery, strong customer relations, and brand representation while coordinating with the sales team and logistics managers.

As a non-exempt full-time position, you will handle route deliveries, CRM updates, and on-site events support. A valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable vehicle for events.
• Must communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in state territory.
• Provide brand representation, educate customers, and build relationships at accounts.
• Maintain CRM records with daily reporting and mileage/expense data.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager and Sales team; adapt to evolving tasks.
• Assist with fulfillment, packing, labeling, and inventory-related activities.
