Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations.
• Supervise cooking and preparation of food items.
• Ensure safe, organized, hazard-free storage of food items.
• Maintain inventory according to policies.
• Delegate tasks and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist managers with timekeeping and staff contact information.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
