Qualifications

• Graduate with bachelor's degree within one year of internship completion.

• Interest in brand licensing, partnerships, and consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of licensing strategies across PepsiCo brands.
• Identify licensing opportunities and conduct market research with cross-functional teams.
• Help manage project timelines and track partner deliverables.
• Support product approval processes and assist in negotiations and documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Category, and Commercial teams.
