• Experience with graphic design and print and pattern creation.
• Strong visual presentation skills with the ability to create compelling decks, boards, and concepts.
• Confidence in leading meetings, presenting concepts and design work, and giving clear feedback to partners.
• Interest in collaborations, licensing, trend research, brand storytelling, and culturally relevant product creation.

Responsibilities

• 50% Design Process & Communication: support fast-turn concept development, prepare polished concept decks, and collaborate across teams.
• 30% Product Line Development: assist capsule collections, adapt silhouettes for collaborations, and update line sheets.
• 20% Creative Concept: research trends and translate insights into brand-right ideas and presentation-ready materials.
