Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Design Associate to support Brand Heat initiatives from our Buckhead office in a hybrid environment. You will help develop trend-driven concepts, create prints and patterns, and prepare decks and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with design, merchandising, product development and licensing partners, while maintaining strong visual storytelling and timely delivery of concepts and assets.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required with design work and pattern creation.
• Strong visual presentation skills for decks and boards.
• Ability to lead meetings and give design feedback to partners.

Responsibilities

• Support fast-turn concept development for Brand Heat initiatives and licensing capsules.
• Prepare polished concept decks, boards and art for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, product development, marketing and license partners.
