Job summary

Planet Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager for a 6-month contract. You will oversee brand and creative projects, guiding cross-functional teams and vendors to implement system-wide branding across assets and channels.

The role reports to the Director, System Brand and requires strong PM discipline and collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in marketing project management, experience with brand guidelines, and proficiency in Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field required
• 5–8 years of marketing and creative project management experience required
• Healthcare and/or agency experience preferred
• Experience managing brand and/or creative projects
• Expertise with Asana required
• Experience with managing brand guidelines across assets and channels
• Experience with Airtable preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through completion, leading internal Marketing and Communications team and stakeholders to produce best in class work
• Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings with departments; daily project communication with key client stakeholders
• Monitor and track project issues/risks and develop solutions for on-time, on-strategy delivery
• Manage vendors'/agencies' support applying brands across channels and assets
• Monitor and track budget and invoice processing
• Support leadership with wide-ranging special projects like campaigns
• Improve workflows to optimize efficiency
