You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Culinary, Strategy, and Digital to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, menu innovation, and business growth while building a high-performing analytics organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics or related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in analytics or marketing science roles.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with marketing measurement, experimentation, and decision support.
• Experience with first- and third-party data; restaurant/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Insights & Analytics strategy and operating model.
• Inform decisions on brand strategy, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Translate questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
