Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years in marketing leadership with demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Experience with flooring industry marketing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing team and external vendor relationships (agencies, PR, print vendors).
• Develop and manage marketing budget; approve POs and invoices.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and analytics across all brands.
• Coordinate product launch campaigns, trade shows, and events with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure brand standards align with strategy and drive engagement and growth.
