Statewide Window and Doors is seeking a Retail Events & Promotions Manager in Florida to drive in-store engagement and promote the company’s windows, doors and roofing products. You will lead a team to attract customers, present offerings, and schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations.

The role requires strong retail marketing experience, ability to engage passersby, and leadership to train staff and grow the program.

Qualifications

• Retail Marketing Show/Event Management experience required.
• Experience managing brand ambassador programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Approach customers in-store at the kiosk to generate interest and engagement.
• Discuss Windows, Doors, and Roofing to inform customers and schedule appointments.
• Hire, train and manage reps to engage customers and offer free in-home presentations.
