Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a hands-on Graphic & Brand Designer to own brand execution across channels and help build a world-class creative system. You’ll work closely with founders and marketing to create high-performing, premium design that drives growth.

You’re a mid-senior designer with 4+ years in DTC or wellness brands, proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable delivering fast-moving assets for paid social, email, websites, and packaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience in brand and marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity and digital marketing execution.
• Experience designing for DTC brands, health/wellness, or premium consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute brand design across all marketing touchpoints.
• Create high-impact, conversion-led creatives for paid social.
• Design assets for email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Produce visual assets for website updates, landing pages, and product pages.
• Design and refine brand guidelines, templates, and scalable design system.
• Support new product launches with packaging concepts and retail assets.
• Collaborate with marketing to test creative angles and iterate based on performance.
