Job summary

Gold Spectrum CBD is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to own and execute visual brand output across digital and print channels, including packaging and marketing campaigns. You will lead end-to-end design from concept to delivery for Gold Spectrum and The Smoky Grass Station, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.

You will design email templates in Klaviyo, create platform-specific social content, and collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into compelling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social content creation.
• Familiarity with cannabis advertising restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets: packaging, labels, digital ads, social graphics, emails, print materials.
• Support email marketing templates in Klaviyo with high-converting layouts.
• Create platform-specific social content for Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
• Maintain brand consistency across customer touchpoints and scale visuals.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis advertising, platform policies, and packaging laws.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects with deadlines and quality.
• Refine workflows, templates and asset libraries for speed and scalability.
• Stay updated on cannabis marketing trends and design tools.
