Essex Property Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking a Specialist, Multimedia to coordinate and produce high-quality video, photography, and graphics for marketing touchpoints. You will edit with Premiere Pro, design graphics in Illustrator/Photoshop, and support on-site shoots while collaborating with marketing and other teams.

Demonstrated storytelling, color correction, and platform delivery are essential, along with strong brand adherence and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in visual communications/related field.
• 1–2 years of multimedia production, video editing, or graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated video editing skills with storytelling, color correction, audio cleanup, and platform delivery.
• Graphic design fundamentals, typography, layout, and print/digital production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours, and multimedia projects with teams and vendors.
• Audit assets for content needs and brand alignment across channels.
• Review vendor assets for quality and publish approved content in PhotoShelter and platforms.
• Edit raw footage into long-form and short-form content for social and web.
• Design brand-aligned graphics for social, presentations, and print collateral.
• Edit/retouch photos for web and marketing materials.
• Support on-site shoots and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
• Track basic content performance and suggest improvements.
