Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Multimedia & Creative Specialist to lead graphics, video production, photography, and motion graphics, ensuring brand consistency across print and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with internal teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative deliverables and manage a wide range of multimedia assets. The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, a portfolio of published work, and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, videography, photography, video editing, and digital content creation
• Portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple media platforms
• Construction (A/E/C) industry experience preferred
• Must translate business objectives into high-quality multimedia deliverables

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and produce compelling visual and multimedia content for marketing, recruitment, and internal comms
• Lead graphic design and page layout for reports, print collateral, and digital platforms
• Create branded graphics, logos, icons, and infographics to communicate complex information clearly
• Plan, capture, edit, and produce photography, videography, motion graphics, and drone footage
• Source music, stock footage, and assets with licensing compliance
• Organize and manage digital assets in DAM/SharePoint and other repositories
• Ensure brand standards and visual consistency across all deliverables
• Stay current on industry trends and innovative multimedia tools
