Hain Celestial is seeking a Financial Analyst - Brand Finance to perform moderately complex analysis, build models, and support the Annual Operating Plan for assigned brands. You will present actionable insights to the Brand Marketing team with oversight from the Brand Finance Leader and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include partnering on AOP, quarterly P&L forecasts, month-end close, and developing standardized reporting and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in P&L management and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Marketing on financial analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to AOP and 3-year strategic plan for brands.
• Forecast quarterly P&L and monitor variances.
• Support month-end close and KPI reporting.
• Develop standardized reporting and KPIs for brands.
• Provide financial models for innovations, pricing, and trade spend.
