The role requires 3+ years of store visual merchandising and leadership, strong merchant skills, and proficiency in floor planning. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• 3+ years in store visual merchandising and leadership.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning and talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with store leadership to manage product flow and visual execution.
• Mentor team to deliver frictionless customer experiences and omni-channel service.
• Set objectives and coach staff on visual standards to hit department sales goals.
• Identify and onboard talent; develop team knowledge of product and brand.
• Plan and execute visual direction from planning through execution within budgets.
• Analyze store performance to spot opportunities in placement and inventory.
• Coordinate shipments and replenishment strategies to maximize sell-through.
• Support scheduling to ensure store operations and coverage.
