Responsibilities

• Uphold Rifle Paper Co. customer service standards across store and online channels.
• Prioritize day-to-day workflow for store and CX teams; assign tasks, track metrics, report results.
• Drive sales through outstanding customer service and brand advocacy.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and Quality Control to ensure stocked inventory.
• Communicate with internal and external teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
